INFRARED vs TRADITIONAL SAUNA
If you haven’t already, you absolutely need to try a SUNLIGHTEN infrared Sauna. The reason I chose Sunlighten is because they are the leading medical grade sauna, are built with chemical free woods without the use of glues and they all have full spectrum heaters as well as Chromotherapy. (The visible colors of the infrared spectrum)
Unlike a traditional sauna, infrared saunas don’t heat the air around you, instead they use infrared lamps (that use electromagnetic radiation) to warm your body directly.
This means that the environment is tolerable and breathable which allows you to stay in the sauna longer. It feels like laying in the sunshine. You might never want to do a traditional sauna again after trying an Infrared Sauna!
