  • Sunlighten Infrared Sauna

    INFRARED SAUNA

    Infrared vs. Traditional Sauna

If you haven’t tried a Sunlighten Infrared Sauna yet—you’re in for a treat.

We chose Sunlighten because they’re the leader in medical-grade infrared saunas. Built with chemical-free wood and no harmful glues, each sauna features full-spectrum infrared heat and Chromotherapy—healing light therapy using visible colors from the infrared spectrum.

Unlike traditional saunas that heat the air around you, infrared saunas gently warm your body directly using infrared light. This creates a more breathable, comfortable environment—so you can stay in longer and enjoy deeper benefits. It feels like basking in warm sunshine, and once you try it, you might never go back.

Sessions are 45 minutes and cost $40. We provide towels, water, and a peaceful space to relax before and after your session. Infrared sauna pairs beautifully with a massage or yoga class—enhancing detoxification, circulation, and relaxation.

    Sunday, January 6th

    4-5:30 PM

A 90-minute somatic, grounding experience to support nervous-system repair, emotional clarity, and inner ease. Each month features a different theme inspired by internal developments and seasonal changes.

We begin with grounding, intention setting, and journaling with self-reflection questions and optional sharing.
These prompts gently help participants notice what’s held in the body: emotions, tension, and even stored trauma.
From there, conscious breathwork guides the body into release, and sound healing restores the system with soothing frequencies.

Time: First Sunday of each month • 4 PM

  • The Five Keys: An Experiential Evening with Michael Gibian

    Saturday, January 10th

    4:00-5:30 PM

Join us for a special experiential evening with Michael Gibian, author of The Five Keys: A Field Guide to Psychological Literacy and its companion workbook.

Psychological literacy invites us to meet our inner experience — emotions, thoughts, and patterns — with clarity and compassion. In the same way that yoga aligns body, breath, and mind, psychological literacy helps us recognize and realign our inner posture toward life.

During this evening, Michael will blend talk, guided practice, and somatic exercises designed to bring The Five Keys to life. Participants will not only hear about the Five Keys but experience them directly — through accessible practices that deepen presence, resilience, and connection both on and off the mat.

This session also serves as the doorway into Michael’s upcoming six-week group program, where the book and workbook come alive through deeper exploration and community practice.

Whether you’re a yoga practitioner, teacher, or simply curious about integrating inner awareness with embodied practice, this evening offers a supportive space to explore, reflect, and connect.
