COMMUNITY CLASS - This class is discounted to help make it more affordable ~ This class will have a rotating teacher each week choosing the yoga style of their choice for the day. It will no doubt be enjoyable, relaxing and community building. Come flow with us!

YOGA FOR SENIORS- For the ‘Not So Young Body’ Taught by an experienced senior teacher. All levels welcome, new to yoga or just dealing with an injury or limitation. You will not be twisting like a pretzel or standing like a stork. You will be learning easy, gentle methods to calm your mind and stretch your body in a safe way for your current ability.

YOGA FOUNDATIONS- A great place to start if you are new to yoga or joining with a beginners mindset. This class introduces the history of yoga, the fundamental principles of alignment and breath work. Students will be introduced to the yoga postures through step by step verbal description and demonstration. Emphasis is placed on student understanding, safety and stability.

KIDS YOGA- A 45 minute interactive and mindful class for kids aged 5-12, where we will practice making shapes with our bodies, sounds with our voices and explore various ways to use our breath to promote a sense of calm and relaxation. Utilizing movement, games and music to promote mindfulness, body awareness, self-care and compassion, you can expect a well-rounded and joyful experience for your child. Ages 5-7, require a guardian to stay on the premise during class.

PILATES -Our MAT Pilates Class is taught by a long time Physical Therapist. It is a full body workout that creates long, lean muscles and focuses on creating a strong core. Mat Pilates is performed on a yoga mat on the floor and achieves results by using gravity and your body's own resistance — small props may be used.

PRENATAL YOGA is carefully adapted for "moms to be" as well as mothers at any stage of postpartum. Many have said that prenatal is one of the best types of exercise for expectant moms because of the pelvic floor work, focus on breathing, and bonding with the growing baby; prenatal yoga also helps mothers prepare for labor and delivery. During this practice, you'll use props in order to modify your poses and ensure stability—in this class, it's way more about stability than flexibility. Suitable for all levels of practitioners from a first time yogi to one that has been practicing since womb.

RESTORATIVE YOGA focuses on winding down after a long day and relaxing your mind. At its core, this style focuses on body relaxation. Restorative yoga also helps to cleanse and free your mind. You spend more time in fewer postures throughout the class. Many of the poses are modified to be easier and more relaxing. Props are used and are placed just right such as blankets, bolsters, and eye pillows. All of the props are there to help you sink deeper into relaxation. Great for beginners and seasoned yogis alike.

SLOW FLOW focuses on gentle movements, deep stretching, and breath awareness. Suitable for individuals of all levels, including beginners, you can expect to move through poses at a slower pace, allowing for increased mindfulness and attention to alignment. The emphasis is on connecting breath with movement and finding a balance between effort and ease. Props such as blocks, straps, and blankets may be used to support and modify poses as needed.

STRENGTHEN AND ALIGN with Rob is class designed to move your body slowly and deliberately, focusing on honing the fundamentals of human movement. It will help the beginner and intermediate student build strength, coordination, and pliability of their muscle system. This is more of a personal training class, not necessarily a yoga class. There is a lot of work done with your own bodyweight using wall work.

VINYASA or FLOW YOGA- In vinyasa classes, the movement is coordinated with your breath and movement to flow from one pose to another. Vinyasa styles can vary depending on the teacher, and there can be many types of poses in different sequences. It is the often considered the most athletic yoga style. Vinyasa was adapted from ashtanga yoga. Many types of yoga can also be considered vinyasa flows such as ashtanga, power flow yoga, and prana.

YIN YOGA is a slow-paced style of yoga with seated and laying postures that are held for longer periods of time. Yin can also be a meditative yoga practice that helps you find inner peace. Yin is a great class for beginners, as postures can be held for from 45 seconds up to 5 minutes. The classes are relaxed, as you allow gravity do most of the work. Great for beginners and seasoned yogis alike.
