Eric trained at a school that was highly somatically oriented. I meet clients where they are at with an open minded listening approach during intake assessment. I provide grounding and presence as I do believe these are generally most effective in any therapeutic container. I like Esalen, and Big island Lomi Lomi because they integrate the rhythms and movements of the ocean (my first teach). I will blend in some myofascial release, deep myofascial, and trigger point release, when necessary. I select from different integration techniques depending on each individuals’ needs and condition. I generally encourage body awareness from recipient at least once throughout a session in case there is something new they may learn or take home. I’m so honored to be in the Flow community and thankful for everybody that makes it diverse and beautiful.
