FLOW Staff is committed to sanitizing and refreshing the studio after each class and use Blue Air Hepa filters throughout the building.

We sanitize frequently touched surfaces such as props, door knobs and common surfaces daily using non-toxic products including DoTerra OnGuard oil cleaner.

This particular blend of essential oils not only kills germs but supports the immune system. Its ingredients are congruent with that of Thieves essential oil.

Because we love to ask “why” here is a little history on Thieves essential oil:

Thieves was derived from the story of four thieves who stole from the deceased during the bubonic plague in 14th century Europe. During this time, the thieves went from house to house robbing those who had succumbed to the illness. Once captured, the judge asked them how they were able to rob the dead and dying and not be afflicted with this terrible disease. The thieves claimed that they wore masks to look like the doctors at the time (which were beak shaped). These masks had the combination of herbs, spices, and essential oils found in the thieves and On Guard blend today. This blend kept the four thieves from being afflicted with the plague.

Thieves has a number of benefits, a few of which include:

  • Eliminates airborne bacteria

  • Supports your immune system

  • Kills toxic molds, 99.96% of bacteria, and viruses

  • Works with the body’s natural defenses

  • Supports oral health

  • Can be used to clean and eliminate odors
