    Infrared vs. Traditional Sauna

    If you haven’t tried a Sunlighten infrared sauna yet—you’re in for a treat.

    Unlike traditional saunas that heat the air, infrared saunas gently warm your body directly, creating a more comfortable, breathable experience with deeper benefits. Think: warm sunshine from the inside out.

    We chose Sunlighten for their medical-grade, full-spectrum infrared and clean, non-toxic design—plus Chromotherapy (healing light therapy) for an added layer of wellness.

    45-minute sessions | $40

  • QIGONG & Sound Bath with DidgeriiDrew

    Sunday, August 23rd

    This class weaves together the flowing energy of Qi Gong, the grounding power of breathwork, and the deep relaxation of a sound bath to support your body, mind, and spirit.

    You’ll begin with slow, mindful movements to open your energy channels and release tension. From there, guided breathing will help calm your nervous system, sharpen your awareness, and bring you fully into the present moment. The experience concludes with an immersive sound journey using singing bowls, drums, didgeridoo and more.

  • Monday Meditation Salon with Sarah Mclean

    EVERY MONDAY at 4:30pm

    The Monday Meditation Salon is a welcoming community for experienced meditators who enjoy practicing in a group. Each week includes a brief reflection on a contemplative theme, a 25-minute silent meditation, and a relaxed discussion. Whether your practice is rooted in mindfulness, self-inquiry, contemplative prayer, Zen, Vedanta, or another wisdom tradition, you are warmly welcome. Come meditate, connect, and share in the wisdom that emerges through practice together. MEMBERS FREE. SUGGESTED DONATION $10-20

  • Tai Chi with Reid Shapiro

    NEW OFFERING - THURSDAYS 10:15am

    Starts August 27th.

    Reid will be teaching the first of three sets of Yang Style Tai Chi as passed down through his lineage of healers and martial artists. Classes will include explanations of concepts and techniques, drills and exercises, and practice of the set sequence at different speeds, and will be appropriate for nearly all levels of fitness. The dress code will be loose athletic wear and bare feet, and music will be playing.
