INFRARED SAUNA
Infrared vs. Traditional Sauna
If you haven’t tried a Sunlighten infrared sauna yet—you’re in for a treat.
Unlike traditional saunas that heat the air, infrared saunas gently warm your body directly, creating a more comfortable, breathable experience with deeper benefits. Think: warm sunshine from the inside out.
We chose Sunlighten for their medical-grade, full-spectrum infrared and clean, non-toxic design—plus Chromotherapy (healing light therapy) for an added layer of wellness.

Voice Activation Workshop with Jeremiah

This voice activation workshop offers a welcoming space to explore the voice as a shared experience. We’ll begin with gentle vocal warm-ups, light breath work and simple movement to awaken the body and open the voice. Ashley has been a Reiki master for twelve years, Certified Mindfulness Meditation teacher, Coach and Yoga teacher. She has been walking a spiritual path for over thirty years and has lead several workshops and retreats over the last ten.
Jody is a Reiki master and fifth-degree martial arts master, awarded the title Kyoshi at the Shaolin Temple. He has meditated daily for over fifteen years, practiced yoga for eight, and led guided meditations for ten. goes here

Sacred Garden Book Club
Join Laura Caulfield-Lewis, founder of Sacred Garden Wellness, for a quarterly book club to benefit local non-profits! Our first book will be “Soul Centered” by Sarah McLean.
Each quarter we will read an inspiring book to nourish our mind body and soul. We will gather together to discuss our insights, share thoughts and feelings. There will be tea and meditation.
