    We start the evening with a 60 minute all-levels yoga class, followed by tea and an educational talk by Dr. Nicole Barry, D.C., founder of Barry Family Chiropractic. Dr. Barry has been dedicated to advancing patient health and wellness for over two decades and has developed a specialized focus on supporting women's bodies through the unique physiological changes of pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and aging. She is known for her integrative and patient-centered approach.

Each month a variety of techniques will be offered inspired by both ancient wisdom traditions and modern mindfulness practices.

    This class weaves together the flowing energy of Qi Gong, the grounding power of breathwork, and the deep relaxation of a sound bath to support your body, mind, and spirit.

    You’ll begin with slow, mindful movements to open your energy channels and release tension. From there, guided breathing will help calm your nervous system, sharpen your awareness, and bring you fully into the present moment. The experience concludes with an immersive sound journey using singing bowls, drums, didgeridoo and more.
