This workshop will explore the ethical and practical implications of yoga in daily life. Yoga is not only experienced on the mat but is woven into the whole of our experiences in relationship to ourselves and to others.
Cynthia Abulafia, ERYT500, C-IAYT, YACEP, will offer the classical teachings on these topics, called the Yamas and Niyamas. Topics explored will include how we relate to our boundaries, how we understand non-violence and honesty, how we walk our paths of faith in ourselves and in life, and how we relate to contentment, gratitude, and sincerity in all aspects of our practice.
Cynthia has been studying the implications of the practices of yoga for over twenty years and brings a depth of curiosity and passion to her teaching drawn from classica yoga, Tantra, and nondual self-inquiry.
