A 45 minute interactive and mindful class for kids aged 5-12, where we will practice making shapes with our bodies, sounds with our voices and explore various ways to use our breath to promote a sense of calm and relaxation. Utilizing movement, games and music to promote mindfulness, body awareness, self-care and compassion, you can expect a well-rounded and joyful experience for your child.
Ages 5-7, require a guardian to stay on the premise during class. A parent class pass is available for $10.
