This 6 week prenatal yoga series is designed to guide mothers through all stages of their pregnancy journey. With breath work, visualization and specialized poses, this class helps prepare the body, mind and spirit for the threshold that is labor and birth and beyond.
This is a unique class with Certified Sattva Prenatal Yoga Teacher, Jamie Davin, that focuses not only on the individual journey and needs of the expectant mother but also of the partnership she will embark upon with her baby(ies). It also is a place for connecting and building the ever so important community that is essential in the post-partum chapter.
