A 6-week prenatal yoga series with Nalini.
A class designed to support women through all stages of pregnancy and prepare for birth and beyond. Focusing on optimizing alignment for mother and baby, and safely building functional strength, we also incorporate breathing practices, mindfulness and meditation to balance the nervous system. For our post-partum students, there will be more focus on strengthening the pelvic floor and core muscles to facilitate regaining the stability of these important muscles. This class is accessible to all levels.
