Take the day to pamper yourself with a day of selfcare for Mother’s Day. We will begin with a 50 minute all levels yoga class followed by time in our Infrared sauna, a chair massage by one of our skilled massage therapists and then relax with a cup of tea, snacks, conversation and connection.
