This voice activation workshop offers a welcoming space to explore the voice as a shared experience. We’ll begin with gentle vocal warm-ups, light breath work, and simple movement to awaken the body and open the voice. Then we’ll move into group singing, including both structured songs and improvisational vocal exploration. Sound healing instruments may be incorporated to support resonance, relaxation, and listening. The emphasis of the gathering is on the group field that forms when voices come together.
