A 90-minute somatic, grounding experience to support nervous-system repair, emotional clarity, and inner ease. Each month features a different theme inspired by internal developments and seasonal changes. We begin with grounding, intention setting, and journaling with self-reflection questions and optional sharing.
These prompts gently help participants notice what’s held in the body: emotions, tension, and even stored trauma.
From there, conscious breathwork guides the body into release, and sound healing.
